Services & Workshops
3.1. For consultancy services, training, and workshops, a full refund will be provided if cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled session.
3.2. If cancellation is made between 2-7 days prior to the scheduled session, a 50% refund will be granted.
3.3. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 2 days before the scheduled session.

Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues accessing, downloading, or using the digital product, please contact our support team. If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, a full or partial refund may be provided at the discretion of AI For You Know.

Changes to Digital Products or Services
If significant changes are made to a digital product or service post-purchase (e.g., content alteration), customers who purchased the original version may be eligible for a partial or full refund, at the discretion of AI For You Now.

Third-party Transactions
